Andrew Iarussi

President

Andrew Iarussi is President of Noble General Contractors and Vice President, Head of Acquisitions & Development for RHM Real Estate Group, where he leads the origination of new opportunities and drives project execution to deliver outcomes beyond owner expectations.  Prior to his current roles, Andrew built a broad foundation across architecture, construction management, and real estate development. He worked in New York City with Cicognani Kalla Architects, Louis Berger Group, and Bloomberg LP.

Returning to the Midwest, he was with DDR Corp and the Dalad Group prior to joining the RHM organization. Andrew holds a Master of Architecture from Tulane University and a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is actively engaged in the Cleveland real-estate community and resides in the Greater Cleveland area with his wife and children.

Travis Stonerock

Manager of Construction

Travis Stonerock is Noble’s Manager of Construction in Columbus, OH. With 35 years of construction experience in multiple sectors, including multifamily remodeling, and the State of Ohio Weatherization program. In new residential construction, Travis helped develop 11 subdivisions from the ground up, completing over 300 houses and producing over $100 million in sales. He has received three national awards for metric performance and customer satisfaction rates. 

Travis is passionate about quality and helping develop teams achieve excellence at Noble. He’s been active in coaching youth sports as well as high school and college basketball. Outside of work, he is involved with a large network of non-profits that help serve and develop underprivileged communities. His wife is a provost at a local university and Travis has two adult daughters that live in the area.

Thomas Petitt

Director of Construction Services

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the skilled trades, Thomas Petitt brings a well-rounded understanding of construction and building systems. His expertise spans electrical, HVAC, plumbing, building mechanicals, roofing, and general carpentry.  Thomas has 15 years’ experience in property management, operations, asset performance, and long-term building care. During his tenure with RHM Real Estate Group, he led a full facilities team while managing a diverse portfolio of 15 properties, including conventional, affordable, and commercial assets.

Thomas has successfully led multiple multi-million-dollar capital improvement projects and played a key role in several tax credit initiatives. His experience includes vendor relationship development, contract negotiation, property inspections, and the implementation of preventative maintenance programs. His technical certifications include Universal HVAC Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO), further reinforcing his commitment to quality and industry standards.

Cory Neale

Project Coordinator

Cory Neale is a Project Coordinator at Noble General Contractors.  Prior to his current role, Cory served as an Operations Manager with Brindleman Flooring, where he specialized in estimating, bid development, logistics coordination, inventory management, and supplier relationship development.

With a background in sales, education, and athletics, Cory brings a client-focused approach and strong communication skills to every role. A former collegiate basketball player and high school Hall-of-Fame athlete, he applies discipline, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic to his professional career. 

In his free time, Cory enjoys attending concerts, playing in adult sports leagues, and spending time with his daughters.
